Get More from Your Podcasts with Transcriptions

Aside from making your podcasts more accessible for a wider range of audience, transcriptions can do more for your audio assets. Transcriptions are commonly thought of as an aid for those with hearing impairments or different languages but transcripts complement your podcasts in more ways than just accessibility.

More Assets for You
Articles for your blogs, posts for your LinkedIn and other social media accounts, subtitles for your audiograms, content for online forums and communities are just some of the assets that you can extract from your transcriptions of your podcast. With enough content from multiple episodes, you can even compile sections of your transcription into an entire eBook.

Better Engagement with Your Audience
Imagine the ease and enjoyment of your listeners when they get to copy and then share a favourite quote or excerpt from your episode or the clarity they achieve from understanding a difficult term, acronym or figure of speech. Your content can be easily shared in more ways than just  your podcast hosting platform.

Better Learning and Retention
Your listeners may have different preferences on how they want to consume your content and different styles when it comes to learning. Some may prefer a combination of audio and visual cues depending on the attention they can spare or the learning style they have to make way for better retention.

Search Engine Optimisation
Get search engines to better find and index your content when you get to mention your audio words into actual keywords. With transcripts, Google, social media and other platforms can make your content easily discoverable when your target audience and listeners look for you.

Add more value to your content with transcriptions. Contact RadioHub for information on our transcription services.
