Non Attendance and Cancellation Policy

Arriving Late

RadioHub understands that delays happen and we will try our best to keep your reservation time for you.

However if you arrive late and there is another podcaster booked on the next time slot, we cannot extend your studio time and you will be charged for the full reserved time slot.

If you are running late, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments

RadioHub appreciates our mutual respect for time. You will receive confirmation and reminder emails of your selected studio times.  

Please advise us as soon as possible if you cannot make it during your studio time. Early cancellation will allow us to reallocate the studio to another podcaster. Our online scheduling platform, Acuity, sends booking tickets that allow you to reschedule or cancel on your own without having to coordinate with us directly. 

Any missed or cancelled appointments done less than 24 hours before the reserved studio time will incur a cancellation fee.

Best option: Please use your booking ticket to cancel your studio time.
Alternative option: Please call us at 1300 871 880 or email us at info@radiohub.com.au

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the studio hire or agreed studio package. 

RadioHub also reserves the right to charge the cost of the audio engineer, videographer and other RadioHub staff who were on standby for your studio time.
