Background

IDentity Today is a podcast that brings together experts and leaders in the field of biometrics, identity, security, access management and more. Together with host Blair Crawford, the podcast addresses the most pressing security, risk and compliance challenges organisations are facing.

With guests from around the globe, IDentity Today is recorded remotely. This allows Blair to continue creating content even with the current restrictions in place.

RadioHub took on the challenge of providing Blair with software, specifically created for podcasters, that provides high quality audio recorded locally, wherever they may be around the world.

RadioHub Remote Recording

RadioHub partnered with IDentity Today to set up remote recording capabilities. With tech advice on the best equipment to use, Squadcast recording software and best practices for his guests, Blair is all set to maximise RadioHub remote recording and collaborate on post-production.

Results

Powered by RadioHub remote recording, the IDentity Today podcast continues to record uninterrupted despite the restrictions. Even during lockdown, the podcast is treated with the same post-production quality and pace it had before the restrictions were put in place. Some of the results of RadioHub remote recording are:

  • The IDentity Today podcast continues to be a success.

  • Blair is able to record remotely and to connect with his guests without having to visit RadioHub studios or meet his guests in person, allowing him to interview guests located overseas.

  • By maintaining this consistent touchpoint, the IDentity Today podcast continues to engage its audience, with recordings even repurposed into other engaging content formats.

RadioHub continues to record, edit and air the IDentity Today podcast. From our garage to Blair’s, even during lockdown, it’s still business as usual.

Testimonial

We work with RadioHub on our fortnightly industry podcast. Our guests are based all over the world so recordings are always done remotely, with Cooper and his team providing guidance and support on optimum set up. Sound quality is always fantastic and their editing of often complex answers is seamless.
