Chief Executive Officer and Founder of OzHarvest. Founded in 2004, OzHarvest has gone on to become Australia’s leading food rescue organisation, with a model making its way around the globe. Recognised as Australian Local Hero of the Year in 2010, Ronni also serves in an advisory capacity to government, was the subject of the eye-opening feature film Food Fighter and recently published her memoir, A Repurposed Life.

Holly Masters

Chief Executive Officer of the McGrath Foundation. Previously, Holly worked for Estée Lauder Companies where she held a variety of roles over 12 years including, Vice President General Manager of Clinique Asia Pacific. She has also led brands such as Jo Malone London, La Mer and Molton Brown across Australia and co-founded mission21, a marketing and communications agency in London.


The New Future

Gabby Costigan MBE

Chief Executive Officer of BAE Systems Australia. She is also Chair of the Council for Women and Families United by Defence Service and was previously Chief Executive Officer for Linfox International Group. A retired Colonel in the Australian Army, she has had a distinguished career that included commanding logistic operations for both Australian and US deployed military forces.


It All Starts with the Family

Josephine Sukkar AM

Principal and Co-Owner of Buildcorp, which she established with her husband 30 years ago. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Co. Ltd, Growthpoint Properties Australia Ltd, the Property Council of Australia, The Australian Museum, Opera Australia and the Sydney University Football Club Foundation. She is also the Chair of the Buildcorp Foundation and President of Australian Women's Rugby.


The Wake Up Call

Kate Carnell AO

Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman. She previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer for The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which represents more than 300,000 businesses across Australia, Beyond Blue, the Australian Food and Grocery Council, the Australian General Practice Network and the National Association of Forest Industries. Kate was also the Chief Minister of the Australian Capital Territory from 1995 to 2000.


Desire to Deliver

Marnie Baker

Managing Director of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. She has been with the organisation since 1989, an Executive since 2000 and was appointed Managing Director in 2018. Marnie provides us with an insight into her baptism of fire, being at the helm during some of the most challenging times in the industry and the country.


Challenge to Greatness

Naomi Simson

Founder of the leading online experience retailer RedBalloon and Co-Founder of The Big Red Group. She is also a Member of The University of Melbourne's Faculty of Business and Economics Board and a Governor of The Research Foundation of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance. Naomi is the author of the best-selling books Live What You Love and Ready to Soar and was one of the Sharks in the television program Shark Tank Australia.


Never Too Late

Judith Downes

Chair of Bank Australia and Non-Executive Director of Clean TeQ Holdings Ltd, ImpediMed Ltd and The Spinal Research Institute. She is also a member of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values Governing Board Forum. Judith previously held senior executive roles at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd and Alumina Ltd.


Going Beyond

Stefanie Loader

Non-Executive Director of St Barbara Ltd and Clean TeQ Ltd. Stefanie has previously been recognised as one of the Australian Financial Review 100 Women of influence and is a mining industry executive with broad international experience. She has worked in exploration, project evaluation and development, mining and corporate roles across seven countries and four continents. Stefanie was most recently Managing Director of Northparkes Copper and Gold Mine for CMOC International.
