Matt Jones is a business coach, who specialises in helping tradies grow their business and elevate their professionalism and profitability. He complements his business coaching with his podcast, Power Up Your Business and his weekly webinar / community calls with his clients.
The Power Up Your Business podcast used to be recorded in the RadioHub studios. With the outbreak of Covid and the recent restrictions, Matt was unable to record in-person in the studios. Still, Matt wanted to maintain his success habit of connecting with his clients, whether they were in lockdown or not.
RadioHub seized this opportunity to keep serving Matt by helping him achieve his business and podcast goals.
RadioHub Remote Recording
RadioHub partnered with Cube Performance, Matt’s coaching firm to keep him connected with his clients even during the restrictions imposed by Covid. To keep Matt’s momentum, RadioHub provided technical advice and support so Matt can interview guests for the podcast as well as host his weekly community call with his clients.
We offered Matt the remote recording option of RadioHub. By advising Matt on the right equipment to use, the best way to record on Zoom using individual tracks and by training him on how to teach his guests on how to use their own equipment and software.
With this option, Matt was able to record remotely and produce near-studio quality podcast episodes. We also created a pre-recording checklist for Matt to give his guests and briefed them so that they can be prepared for the recording.
Results
Through remote recording, Matt was actually able to grow his podcast because not only can he interview guests in Sydney but also his clients from around Australia.
